Use this Aluminum Termination Bar any time that EPDM liner needs to be securely attached to concrete, wood, steel, etc. Bar is pre-punched for easy attachment. Trim off excess liner above termination bar then fill channel along top with Lap Sealant for a long lasting, waterproof seal. Each bar is 10' long, 50 pieces per case. Can be cut in half to ship UPS or must ship via motor freight in 10' lengths.

Cover Tape - Double Sided

We offer two styles of tape for joining EPDM panels together. The most common method for joining two pieces of liner in a pond is to use the cover tape. We strongly recommend using QuickPrime adhesive (below) in between the liner panels to secure them to each other then reapply QuickPrime over the joint where the liners meet. Apply 6" cover tape over joint and always use a roller to work out any air bubbles under tape. When joining liners in a stream situation, we recommend using the two sided tapes. These tapes can also be used under the cover tape when seaming pieces of liner together for extra protection.

DOUBLE SIDED LINER TAPE
Use this two sided tape to join two pieces of liner together. Available in 3" or 6" wide rolls. For maximum sealing use cover strip above in conjunction with this tape.

Cover Tape - Single Sided

SINGLE SIDED LINER TAPE
A 6" wide single sided tape that is used to seam two panels of PondGard membrane together. Note: Requires cleaning of membrane prior to application. Use QuickPrime to clean and dramatically improve tape adhesion to liners.

Firestone Quick Prime Plus

Quick Prime Adhesive is a must when joining two pieces of liner. Brush onto liner with QuickScrubber tool (below), let dry to touch then apply tape. Dramatically improves bonding of liner to tape. Cannot ship gallon UPS - ships motor freight only. Twelve month shelf life.

Lap Sealant/ Caulk

A rubber based sealant used to seam exposed membrane edges to provide additional waterproofing protection. It can also be used as a quick applied sealant to repair punctures to PondGard membrane. 11 oz. tube seals approximately 20 lineal feet and is applied using a standard caulking gun. Advanced formula has better waterproofing capabilities. 28 tubes per case.

Pipe Boot

These pipe boots are a good way to make a watertight penetration through a liner. Boot can be cut to fit pipes from 1" to 6⅞" O.D. Rubber boot has taped flange that bonds to liner and stainless clamp that tightens around pipe.

Seam Roller

One important step in a good seam is to apply heavy pressure to the seam area to properly fuse the tape to the liner. These comercial grade rollers are perfect for applying heavy pressure to the seam. Silicone roller will not stick to tape or liner. Ten per case.
