Microbe-Lift/BSDT is the pre- eminent broad spectrum malachite green and formalin treatment. It is formulated differently than any other malachite green and formalin mix.

Malachite green and formalin are two drugs that are more effective and less toxic in combination than when used individually. This is the definition of synergism. What makes Microbe-Lift/BSDT the preeminent product in this field is the fact that it is formulated with malachite green chloride, instead of the more toxic oxalate salt. As with any malachite green and formalin treatment, do NOT use with other medications.

Microbe-Lift Ich-Out For Pond Fish is the safest and most effective treatment for “ich” and many other protozoan-caused diseases in pond fish (e.g. the diseases caused by Ichthyophthirius, Cryptocaryon, Costia, Chilodonella, Oodinium and Amyloodinium). Microbe-Lift Ich-Out For Pond Fish is a powerful treatment and may not be tolerated by fish that are heavily traumatized by their disease.

Microbe-Lift Praziquantel is gentle treatment recognized as the treatment of choice for disease of koi and goldfish and other ornamental pond fishes caused by trematodes (flukes) and cestodes (tapeworms). Microbe-Lift Praziquantel is harmless to all species of fishes including fry, and it is non toxic to plants and harmless to biological filtration.

Directions for Use
For treatment of praziquantel-susceptible disease conditions in ornamental pond fishes.
As a bath: Start the bath treatment with as large a partial water change as possible in the pond to be treated, or start with a new water that has been conditioned with Microbe-Lift XTreme. Do not stop filtration but remove activated carton and stop foam-fractionation (“protein skimming”).

Add enough Microbe-Lift Praziquantel to produce a dosage of 2.5 mg/L (9,4625 mg/gal; 946.25 mg/100 gal); vigorously shake the dosage with at least 1 quart of water for 3-5 minutes to produce a slurry. Pour the slurry intot a 5 gallon bucket of water and mix well. Then distribute the mixture around the edge of the pond or pour into the pond filter or skimmer to achieve maximum distribution in the water. A single treatment of 7 days is usually sufficient. Do not use any other drugs or treatments.

In feed: To each 100 grams (3.5 oz.) of dry feed (flake, granular or pellet) thoroughly mix in 400 mg of Microbe-Lift Praziquantel. Moisten the dry mixture with 25 to 50 mL of grain alcohol (190⁰ ethanol) for each 100 grams of dry feed; gently blend the moistened mixture to incorporate the Praziquantel into the feed.

CAUTION: grain alcohol is flammable! Allow the mixture to air dry (do not heat), break up any clumps, package and store in a cool, dry place. Feed the medicated feed daily for 5 to 7 days.

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. For ornamental pond fish use only; not for human or veterinary medical use.
